Our Policy

We want you to love your redDOHA ritual. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 Days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging — note: for hygiene and safety reasons, many skincare brands cannot accept opened products
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
  • Sale or promotional items are eligible for returns for their promotional value.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@reddoha.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Important for skincare: Because our products are cosmetics, please review your applicable return eligibility carefully — opened or used skincare is often non-returnable for safety reasons.
